Text

This exhibition came to fruition to accompany the series of panel discussions ’Trends and Non-Trends’. The series of four panels featured artists, who are in some way connected to graphic arts; either who work with printmaking techniques, or whose practice is characterised by a graphic approach. These panel members were chosen from three groups of alumni of the Hungarian University of Fine Arts: former Graphic Arts students, still heavily working with drawing or traditional printmaking methods; former Graphic Arts students, now working primarily in other mediums; and artists whose current practice involves graphic arts, even though they completed their studies in other fields.
