Shown at the Helsinki-based artist studio PORUKALLE, the exhibition Easy Fit! shone light onto new and older works from Elina Vainio, Man Yau, Jaakko Pietiläinen, Sakari Tervo, Juuso Tervo, Jussi Niskanen and Hermanni Saarinen. The exhibition also brought into daylight live contributions from Biitsi (Heidi & Kaino Wennerstrand), EDIT (Rosa Kuosmanen, Viivi Poutiainen, Anu Pasanen & Sanna Lipponen), Jessie Bullivant, Jaakko Rintala, and Alec Kyle Sibbald during the Special Day on August 22, 2021. PORUKALLE is a private site of creation and artistic production but, more than anything else, it is an important space for coming together. From clay workshops to natural dyeing sessions and board game dinners, the space provides an important retreat for exchanging ideas and experiences. Easy Fit! was fully funded by PORUKALLE's BOOM Basket initiative.
