A work of yours that you particularly like and why? ROSE DESSERT NIGHT is a work of mine I love a lot. For me the constellation of the desserts radiate pure beauty, clarity and calmness. The images face the chaos of the production process. This series was developed in a class called The Table as Canvas held by Jen Monroe @badtaste.biz and produced late at night.

What is your favorite part of your job? The jelly dessert creations that are evolving out of my cake making. The desserts are the result of deconstructing the cake and eventually adding another element to it. The material properties of jelly force you to invent something new if you want to share. The basic elements connect you with the other people on the table, but every served dessert turns into its own world.

What makes something worth making? making something that I was missing
