We are a group of artists who are self-initiating and self-producing a series of events at the water towers in the Uusimaa region. Following on from our first exhibition, ‘big wet’ at Haukilahti water tower, Espoo in 2020, the next phase of this project ‘Big Wet 2.0’ in Summer 2022 will occur at Karjaa water tower. Designed by Hilding Ekelund in 1951 and restored in 2019, the functioning water tower is also home to astronomical society Sällskapet Natura - Natura Seura and for a limited time, a venue for contemporary art.
