The Double Solo Exhibition BASE at Hole of Fame e.V. shows the current artistic positions of the artists Noemi Durighello and Lea Hoffbauer, who live and work in Dresden, side by side for the first time. BASE focuses on the painters' analogies in terms of content. Both working methods are based on their interest in origin, matter and abstraction.

The works by Noemi Durighello shown in the exhibition go back to the starting point of cultural motifs, while Lea Hoffbauer's artistic statements are to be understood in a more scientific way. The different approaches of the artists unite at a point of rational origin. BASE wants to draw attention to questions about the elementary principles of human and natural beings and also remind us of basic human values. The examination with the origin of being generates exciting conclusions with regard to our highly technologized everyday life and our social togetherness.
