Tristebacio Club is an artistic duo founded in 2021 by two longtime friends, Manuele Rezzonico and Nicola Martinelli. Their projects are usually based on a their projects usually start from a shared interest, emotion or feeling, which are then translated into installations that are closely linked to the space but can also interact with other contexts. The duo is interested in reformulations of traditional objects and architectural elements that often exude a strong poetic aura. By placing these in a dialog with an aesthetic characterized by digital images and contemporary feelings, they create a surreal, fictional and melancholic environment.
